If you have received the wrong products or if the products you have received are defective, please send an email to service@majive.com to discuss this further.
If you are not satisfied with the goods received, you can return them within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in original and resalable condition.
Once you have returned the product, you are entitled to a full refund, excluding return shipping costs (return costs approx. €20-€30 / 220SEK-330SEK). We cannot refund or exchange goods that have been used or are not in their original condition.

Send a return request along with a picture of the products you are returning to service@majive.com via email.
Once your return has been approved, please ensure that the goods are properly packaged and meet the conditions below.
Mark the package clearly with "Returns" on the outside of the packaging.
Use a trackable and insured service to ensure your package reaches us safely.
Please send a follow-up email with tracking information to service@majive.com .

- Please ensure that all return packages are sent using a trackable, insured service, as we cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
- Please check that the return form has been approved - without approval your return may not be processed.

Step 1: Request the return form
Please use the contact form below to request a return form. Please include your order number, email address, and reason for return.
Step 2: Submit your order
Send the goods together with the completed returns form to the address indicated on the returns form. Make sure to use a trackable service to send the package.
You are responsible as the sender and we want to avoid misunderstandings.
Step 3: Receive refund to your bank account
Once we have received the package, we will ensure that the refund is processed within five business days and transferred to your bank account.
Return and dispute policy:
We want our customers to be happy with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days. We will do our best to resolve any issues and offer a generous return policy.
